		<description>Not a bad article. I get this confusion all the time with personal training clients on the Gold Coast.

They get a mindset that the weight is the be all. I had one woman who lost inches and went down 3 dress sizes who still complained she “hadn’t lost any weight” ! Her husband loved the results however – Go figure.</description>
